The Colon
The colon is the part of the excretory system that carries material leftover from digested food out of your body.

It is not difficult to take care of your colon.

  • Our bodies do not digest fiber.
  • But, fiber cleans undigested food from the colon.
  • If this undigested food is not removed, it can decay and cause disease in the colon.
  • That is why eating foods with lots of fiber is important to your health.
